Role Overview:
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, your responsibilities will include supporting students with various special educational needs, such as SEMH, autism, and behavioral challenges. Your tasks will involve providing academic assistance, managing behavior, and fostering student confidence, self-control, and independence.
